NBK Welcomes the 6th Batch of Trainees in the “Moody’s Credit Curriculum Program”

The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) welcomed the sixth batch of trainees in the “Moody's Credit Curriculum Program”, which was designed and organized in partnership with the international credit rating agency, Moody's Analytics.

Over a period of three months, the Moody's Credit Curriculum program will cover an array of topics including banking services, financial analysis, risk management, structure risk, credit challenges, financing, problem credits and solutions in financial and banking institutions.

18 trainees will take part of the program, coming from Corporate Banking Group, Consumer Banking Group, Risk Management, branches and other divisions.

The program support NBK’s strategy to invest in its employees’ skillset and capitalize on their potential in order to reach the highest levels of professionalism in the industry. It also translates the Bank’s endeavors in establishing a growing path in the career of its employees by providing them with training programs organized in partnership with leading universities and international institutions, in addition to training them to bring solutions to challenges in the banking sector.

NBK celebrated at the beginning of the year the graduation of 63 trainees from the Moody's Credit Curriculum Program which last a period of a year and a half.

Moody's is one of the best and oldest financial corporations specializing in economic research, financial analysis and evaluation of private and government institutions in terms of strength, financial position and creditworthiness.
