ADIB recognised for protecting customers at Visa Global Service Quality Awards

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), a leading financial institution, was named as the ‘Highest Overall Portfolio Performance (Issuer)’ at the Global Service Quality Awards 2019, organised by Visa.

This accolade recognises the considerable focus ADIB places on safeguarding customers’ personal data. The bank uses cutting-edge technology to protect customer information and constantly evaluates, develops and implements advanced banking security measures to protect customers from fraud.

ADIB uses various technologies like Chip and Pin, free transaction alerts, 3D secure, 24x7 fraud monitoring to prevent fraud on its cards. Based on this strong and ongoing commitment to fraud prevention, the bank has one of the lowest fraud rates amongst card issuers in the UAE.

ADIB has received numerous awards for its leading banking proposition in recent months, including ‘Best Islamic Financier’ at the International Trade Finance Awards 2019, ‘World’s Best Islamic Bank’ by the FT’s The Banker Magazine, ‘Best Premium Banking Service in the UAE’ from Banker Middle East, and ‘Best Islamic Bank’ at the EMEA Banking Awards.
