- Midtown by Deyaar, the integrated urban community located in Dubai Production City, will be available exclusively to Cityscape visitors with a special payment plan, offering 10 per cent downpayment and 90 per cent payment on handover, with the option for an extended payment plan that goes 3 years beyond the handover date. Prices for Midtown apartments start at AED480,000.
