Abu Dhabi - MENA Herald: Abu Dhabi Motors, BMW Group’s importer in the Capital, continued with their exceptional record and pursuit of excellence, dominating the BMW Middle East Customer Satisfaction Index for Service Performance awards, with 16 from the top 20 service advisors coming from Abu Dhabi Motors, a record performance achieved through the highest aftersales standards.
The annual BMW Middle East Customer Satisfaction Index is set against strict criteria; BMW importers are assessed on a range of service areas focusing on customer interaction, product knowledge, honesty, friendless and the ability to understand the individual customer needs. BMW customers are contacted after their vehicle’s service and asked for feedback on their experience. The Customer Service Index report is carried out on a monthly basis with the awards given to the BMW Importer that has achieved the highest scores throughout the year.

The results of the survey come following an exceptional 2015 for Abu Dhabi Motor; a year that saw the company achieve another record year in car sales, parts turner and service standards, in BMW, MINI, as well as Rolls Royce. It is the 7th year ADM has the premium vehicle sales access all markets in the Middle East and for the 4th year sold the most new RR and premiums cars globally. Abu Dhabi Motors continues to strengthen its strategic partnerships with major organisations across the Emirate, including the Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi International Airport and Al Ain Football Club.
