SAP showcases its Achievements with The Executive Council of Dubai at GITEX Technology Week 2017

SAP, the global digital government enabler, is showcasing at GITEX technology Week the strong success from a collaboration with The Executive Council of Dubai, to deploy SAP SuccessFactors and the Human Capital Management suite. This ensures following the world’s latest and best practices in all aspects.

As a result, The Executive Council of Dubai is supporting innovation across talent management, succession planning, human resources, e-learning, performance management, and workforce analytics.

“The Executive Council of Dubai is pioneering technology collaboration to drive government talent development, efficiency, and innovation. By sharing talent data on one digital platform, The Executive Council of Dubai is enhancing the recruitment, training, and career development of their workforce,” said Tayfun Topkoc, Managing Director, SAP UAE and Oman.

Showing the strong demand for upskilling the workforce, UAE employer demand for cloud skills is growing by 160 percent, for analytics skills by 88 percent, and for mobility skills by 58 percent, according to the recent report “Workforce 2020” by Oxford Economics.

The Executive Council of Dubai is one of the leaders of the global innovation curve. Only about half of organizations worldwide aiming to modernize talent development and human resources platforms to meet changing business needs, according to a recent report by Harvard Business Review Analytic Services.

The Executive Council of Dubai aims to further support talent management innovation, and enhance its status as a role model for future government innovation.
