Panasonic Nurturing Young Minds
Dubai - MENA Herald:

Panasonic Marketing Middle East and Africa (PMMAF), in its continuing mission to nurture young minds in the field of technology and engineering, hosted students from various universities across the UAE at GITEX 2018. Students pursuing engineering and computers science courses at Ajman University, American University of Dubai and  Middlesex University Dubai among others  were given a tour of Panasonic’s expansively themed booth showcasing ‘past, present and future’ pioneering innovations.

On arrival, the students were given a brief on  a wide selection of Panasonic’s latest revolutionary products designed to redefine performance and efficiency in business operations across key vertical markets such as Education, Retail, Hospitality, Real Estate, Corporate, Leisure & Entertainment Industries.  This allowed the students to have a better understanding of the  advanced features and technologies built in each of the products.

Panasonic is celebrating its 100th  anniversary this year and the company has stressed anew that the youth must be recognized as important partners in development. “Paying tribute to our founder’s strong belief in the power of youth, we are creating opportunities to enable, engage and empower young minds to become positive change-makers. In order to genuinely support them to become leaders and innovators, we need to give them opportunities which will motivate them to be creative and use their talents for creating a better world for everyone,” commented  Mr. Anthony Peter, Director of Corporate Communications and Operations Division PMMAF.

In addition to the B2B showcase, the students also had a walk back in time at the booth’s History Zone displaying Panasonic’s several ground-breaking legacy products that changed the world. Capping the tour was an inspiring experience at the Future Zone, which gave the students a preview on Panasonic’s goals for the next century. Students enjoyed the demo of the Autonomous Living Space Cabin, a future cabin space concept offering four types of in-car environments: Living Room, Business, Relaxation, and Entertainment. They were also treated to a short documentary video about Panasonic’s vision for the year 2030 at the vision theatre.

Panasonic is at Stand G3-1, Hall 3 at GITEX Technology Week at Dubai World Trade Center from October 14 – 18, 2018.
