ADNIC to boost customer service through Leadership Workshop with Ron Kaufman

Abu Dhabi - MENA Herald: Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC), one of the leading regional multi-line insurance providers for corporates and individuals, recently held a Service Leadership Workshop with world-renowned author and consultant Ron Kaufman to enhance customer service productivity at the firm.

The Leadership Workshop, held at the Park Rotana in Abu Dhabi, was offered to all employees with customer-facing roles. Organised by ADNIC’s human resources department, the workshop will result in further strengthening customer service procedures and ultimately boosting customer satisfaction across business lines.
