Falconcity of Wonders to discuss major investment opportunities with Indian investors at Dubai Property Show in Mumbai

Dubai - MENA Herald: Falconcity of Wonders LLC, the developer of the Falconcity of Wonders (FCW) multipurpose mega project that is being built in Dubai, is set to discuss prime investment opportunities with Indian investors during its participation at the Dubai Property Show taking place from November 6 to 8, 2015 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai, India.

Falconcity of Wonders is a sprawling residential, tourist, entertainment and recreational complex occupying more than 41 million square feet. Formed in the shape of a Falcon, emblem of the UAE, the development features reproductions of world famous landmarks under the concept: ‘The World in a City’. Villas inspired by international architectural themes form part of the development’s over 5,500 residential units that come in various designs, locations and sizes. Commercial centers, a signature ‘Falcon Fun City’, family centers, sports facilities and schools are also included in the project’s master plan.

The Dubai Property Show is organized by Sumansa Exhibitions and being held in association with Dubai Land Department. The event will be attended by leading property investors from the business and commercial hub of India, which has been identified as Dubai’s biggest realty customer base. In addition, the event is expected to draw the participation of over 6,000 potential buyers. During the show, Falconcity of Wonders will be throwing the spotlight on its latest property offerings, alongside discussing the key features and benefits of investing in its various residential, tourist, entertainment and recreational components.
