Mashreq Bank wins Best Converged Digital Wallet award at the Mastercard MENA Leadership Forum 2018 in Paris

Mashreq Bank, the UAE’s leading financial institution, has been presented with the Best Converged Digital Wallet award at the second edition of the Mastercard MENA Leadership Forum, which took place in Paris, France.

Hosted by Mastercard, a leading technology company in the global payments industry, the Forum brought together executives from a number of the region’s leading banks to discuss the latest developments in the payments industry. Held under the theme, ‘Partnering for Success, Future-Proofing Growth,’ the forum addressed key topics including big data, e-commerce, digital, cross-border payments and security.

In addition, the event celebrated the successful integration of Mastercard’s solutions and programs by financial organizations with a series of awards. Winners were recognized across 12 different categories focused on innovation, mobile payment solutions, commercial programs and safety and security.
