Abu Dhabi - MENA Herald:

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), a leading financial institution, has opened a new branch in Al Ain to cater for the bank’s growing customer base. With ADIB’s Al Tawaam branch opening, the bank has expanded it’s network to 12 branches in the Al Ain area.

The branch also hosts a Gold Center where premium customers can benefit from a bespoke banking experience offering highly-personalised services and solutions to enhance their banking experience.

The opening of the new branch reflects the bank's growth strategy which is focused on strengthening its on-ground presence across the UAE, while also offering a wider array of digital banking services.

Commenting on the new opening, Philip King, Global Head of Retail at ADIB, said: “Providing our customers with an exceptional banking experience remains the top priority for ADIB. Whether it comes through face-to-face interaction, or through our digital services, we are committed to going above and beyond to ensure a seamless customer experience whether through our branches or digital services.  The launch of our 12th branch in Al Ain is another positive step for ADIB which will also deliver significant benefits to the community it serves.”

The new branch brings the total number of ADIB’s outlets in the UAE to 84. The new branch, along with ADIB’s existing branches, provides the full range of retail and commercial services to customers.

In the last year, the bank has launched its new generation ADIB Express branches, in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai, providing customers with access to a wide range of self-service digital functions while benefiting from the digitally enabled personalised service on-site. This seamless integrated approach enables relationship managers to dedicate more time to personal banking services with the bank’s digital technology automating administrative processes.
