SIADAH International Real Estate Development reveals Al Mahra Residence Project in Masdar city

SIADAH International Real Estate Development revealed today Al Mahra Residence Project in Masdar city, Abu Dhabi, one of the most sustainable cities in the world.

The project includes two medium-rise buildings, and provides 300 fully equipped residential units, with a distinct view of the main boulevards and the surrounding sustainable city.

The apartments range from studios to 3 bedrooms, designed in a modern and sustainable style that meets the unique environmental sustainable standards of Masdar City.

On this occasion, Mr. Chawqui Derradji, Chief Executive Officer of Siadah International Real Estate Development, said: “We are delighted today to unveil Al Mahra Residence, SIADAH’s first project development.  Masdar City was chosen as the location of our new sustainable residential project due to its status as a leading global city and a model for eco-friendly urban development.

During the project groundbreaking event on the project site, Mr. Derradji announced that the project is due to be completed by the second quarter of 2021, and the company is committed to complete the project according to the specified timetable.

Mr. Derradji pointed out that SIADAH International Real Estate Development is continuously seeking the needs of the market and the demands of customers in terms of providing high quality real estate products and ensuring to meet all the aspects of investors and end-users ‘needs. In fact, the residential apartments are spacious and meet all investors and end-users ‘requirements from commercial and livable.

Mr. Derradji pledged to promote and provide a healthy environment by developing sustainable housing communities for current and future generations.

He also said that SIADAH International Real Estate Development was established in early 2018 in order to develop sustainable urban projects which contribute to the preservation of the environment and the provision of sustainable and modern housing solutions in line with the sustainability objectives and guidelines.

Mr. Derradji stressed that the real estate sector in Abu Dhabi witnessed recently positive indicators that reflect the improvement of real estate activity, especially with the launch of many initiatives and governmental incentives to support the market, where demand for new housing units is expected to rise in the future, adding that Al Mahra Residence Project provides excellent investment and residential opportunities.
