Omniyat’s Dh 73 Million Penthouse Breaks Record Once Again for the Most Expensive Apartment Sold in 2019

Omniyat marks another milestone with the sale of its second penthouse unit in One Palm, setting the record once again and making it the second-most expensive penthouse sold in the history of UAE real estate. Omniyat beat their own record back in 2017 by selling the most expensive penthouse in Dubai for AED 102 million.
