Binghatti Developers’ CEO & Head of Architecture Muhammad BinGhatti has taken the spotlight at the International Property Awards - Dubai (IPAD) 2018 by being the winner of the Most Influential Leader in Real Estate Award.
Muhammad BinGhatti was announced as the sole winner of the Most Influential Leader in Real Estate category by Dubai Land Department (DLD) at the closing ceremony of the first edition of the International Property Awards - Dubai (IPAD) 2018, which was held on Thursday 11th October at the Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, UAE. With so many impactful young leaders in the Dubai real estate sector, this award marks another badge of distinctiveness and excellence amongst the leaders of the industry.
During the same event, Muhammad BinGhatti received three other awards for Binghatti Developers’ award-winning project Millennium Binghatti Residences in Business Bay. The three categories include Architecture Multiple Residence, Residential High-rise Development, and Residential High-rise Architecture. With 49 companies competing in various categories, of which 41 were locally based, the first edition of the (IPAD) 2018 was a highly competitive one.
The closing ceremony of (IPAD) 2018 was led by Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, Director General of DLD, in the presence of the Department’s top management, representatives of the International Property Awards (IPA), as well as real estate companies and experts, and some of the most influential people on the UAE real estate landscape.
IPA is a global recognition programme of excellence within the Dubai property industry and is being held for the first time in Dubai as a result of a collaboration between DLD and IPA. The awards are open to architects, developers, interior designers, and real estate brokers working in Dubai, with a focus on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. It also opened the door for participants to compete at the local, regional, and global levels.
