Dubai - MENA Herald: Ellington Properties, a design-led boutique property development company creating bespoke and beautiful high-quality homes, has won three times at the recent Arabian Property Awards 2016, a glittering event held at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai.

Ellington won their first award for ‘Architecture - Multiple Residence’ for its exclusive DT1 tower, a 22 storey 130 residence tower in Downtown Dubai designed by Perkins+Will Architects.

Ellington also won two more awards for both the ‘Architecture & Interior Design - Single Residence’ for The Ellington Collection at Palm Island, a series of luxury villas on Palm Jumeirah designed by MDR Architects from California with interior design by Pallavi Dean of Dubai.

The company will now go forward along with other winners to represent Dubai in the 2016-2017 International Property Awards held in London on December 12th. One of these winners from each category will receive the prestigious title of ‘Arabia’s Best’ and compete against other regional winners from Africa, Arabia, the USA, Canada, Caribbean, Central and South America, Asia Pacific and Europe to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category.

Earlier this year, Ellington announced 14 developments in Dubai which will add over 2,000 residential units through apartments, townhouses and villas.

The company jointly set up by industry veterans Robert Booth and Joseph Thomas already has over 2 million square feet in GFA under design and construction. The firm manages everything from design stage to full construction across property development, advisory and rental units development.

Robert Booth, Managing Director, Ellington Properties, said: “Ellington’s story has developed alongside that of Dubai’s in the last two years. To be recognised by the Arabian Property Awards is reflective of our discerning customers who appreciate design and quality over price points.”

Ellington Properties first project is nearing completion, Belgravia in Jumeirah Village Circle, an exclusive, low-rise building with 181 residences overlooking a resort style swimming pool, beautiful landscape courtyards and a children’s play area, close to sports fields, parks, and schools
