Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, has won the ‘Developer of the Year’ award from leading business publication Arabian Business, at a ceremony held at the Ritz Carlton in DIFC.
The Awards celebrate the achievements of the industry and the tremendous role that various developers have played in enhancing the profile of the UAE as a prime destination for real estate investment.
In this regard, Azizi Developments continues to expand its portfolio in Dubai and is especially focused on the development and delivery of its two mega community developments in Meydan - Azizi Riviera and Azizi Victoria.
Both projects have witnessed tremendous response from potential buyers at the International Property Show (IPS) in Dubai, with studios at Azizi Riviera starting at AED 550,000 and studios at Azizi Victoria starting at AED 420,000.

Azizi Developments is known for creating iconic urban communities in Dubai and has already had a very successful performance at IPS this year. The developer’s flagship project Azizi Riviera, which includes 16,000 units and is valued at AED12bn, drew major interest from buyers, especially for its French Riviera waterfront lifestyle with outdoor recreation and other community-style amenities.
Meanwhile, Azizi Victoria, which is double the size of Azizi Riviera, also emerged as the highlight of the show. Buyers were particularly impressed with the scale of the project, comprising 30,000 premium residential units inside an integrated retail district. Its location in the heart of Dubai provides easy access to the city’s top landmarks, including Dubai Mall and Downtown Dubai.
Azizi Developments is currently working on developing more than 200 projects in 2018. Among them are Azizi Mirage 1 in Dubai Studio City comprising 186 units, Azizi Grand in Dubai Sports City comprising 431 units and three residential buildings in Meydan Avenue.
