Schneider Electric to Showcase Innovative Automation Solutions at ADIPEC 2015

Dubai - MENA Herald: Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation, is set to unveil new industry automation solutions to oil and gas professionals at this year’s Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC).

Schneider Electric will present the company’s latest OKKEN intelligent switchboard solutions, and Tricon CX Compact Safety Systems, designed for better management of risks in high-hazard industrial processes. The company’s display at Booth 4230, Hall 4 of ADNEC will also highlight the impact of digitization and Internet of Things in developing smart oilfield and pipeline solutions such as EyeSim ® virtual reality and E-house, offering real-time intelligence and monitoring options and thus enabling process efficiency in the long run.

Maurizio Rovaglio, Vice President, Technology and Strategic Alliance at Schneider Electric, will speak to industry experts at the ADIPEC Offshore Conference on technologies to efficiently train off-shore and on-shore personnel. Scheduled for November 11, the session will highlight EyeSim®, the company’s immersive virtual reality training simulator, as a training tool. Other panel experts will speak on the benefits of advanced automated technology to improve plant performance, cognitive computing in the oil industry, and latest industry trends.
