Dubai - MENA Herald:

For the 8th year in a row and in an increasingly favorable business environment, BUSINESS FRANCE, the national agency supporting the international development of the French economy, with the support of the Occitanie Region, organizes the French Pavilion at the Middle East’s leading trade fair for aircraft interiors and maintenance: Aircraft Interiors & MRO Middle East, which takes place in Dubai on February 11-12, 2019.

The French pavilion (the only official national delegation at the fair) is a fantastic opportunity for French companies to present their technologies and know-how. The AIME & MRO Middle East fair is also an ideal platform for suppliers, manufacturers and buyers looking to forge a network of contacts and new relationships in the Middle East.

With 85% of its turnover generated through exports, securing the country as the number two spot in the global ranking, the French aerospace industry has shown its ability to stand apart from its foreign competitors by offering products that perfectly match customer requirements. It boasts renowned excellence and a great capacity for innovation:

  • In aerospace maintenance: inflight monitoring / predictive maintenance, swift and efficient parts replacement, process improvement through new technologies, digitization of documentation and monitoring, use of big data, virtual training, etc.
  • In aircraft interiors: material weight reduction, differentiation through the customization of interiors, optimal space utilization, inflight entertainment and communication systems, etc.

“France has a strong reputation when it comes to aircraft interiors and aerospace maintenance. French specialists are able to supply products and services perfectly suited to the needs of airlines and MRO centers,” points out Samantha Douarin, Aerospace Project Manager at BUSINESS FRANCE.

The French aerospace market’s highly varied offering is very well placed to meet the requirements of Middle-Eastern airlines, whose fleets are constantly growing to keep up with the rapid increase in local air traffic. By the way, France is already the third largest aerospace supplier to the United Arab Emirates.

French firms have a keen interest in establishing or strengthening their ties with the region’s decision makers, while contributing to the growth of its aerospace industry. They will be presenting their products, technologies and innovations at the fair. Feel free to come and meet them at the French Pavilion, in halls 5, 6 and 7 at Dubai World Trade Centre:
