OBS Group and Legendre Transport & Logistic Group announce the launch of Legendre-Bin Sulaiman joint venture

A distinguished organization in the Middle East, Europe & Asia with diversified activities, OBS Group teamed up with large global player in the transport and logistics sector, Legendre Transport & Logistic Group recently. The association of these two-family businesses has resulted in the creation of the new company named Legendre-BinSulaiman, headquartered in Dubai.

Since the inception of Legendre-BinSulaiman, this powerful joint venture with equal ownership between the two companies, has already acquired an impressive portfolio of clients in only a few months. Legendre-BinSulaiman is leading in the sector with its services, expertise and market know-how.

OBS Group is a major local company with diversified activities. They have been active in the region’s transport and logistics industry for many years through its subsidiary OBS Global Logistics. With the formation of Legendre-BinSulaiman, OBS Group is now looking to take the offering to their current and future customers to a more efficient level and obtain global reach.

The company was also recently nominated to handle the SONARA project in Cameroon which involved shipping, delivery and installation of on-site heavy equipment for oil & gas platform water treatment.
