The Sustainable City, the Middle East’s first fully operational sustainable community, will launch the first edition of ‘Origin’, a market which brings together a community of extraordinary designers, entrepreneurs and artisans; providing a unique creative platform to showcase their ethical, eco-friendly and sustainable handicrafts. These products will be carefully vetted and selected to ensure the best quality goods, from local, ethical producers.
In addition to an amazing range of handcrafted eco-friendly products, the organic food products on display are genuine and authentic with no additives, such as locally grown vegetables and pure, traceable honey, among others. Through Origin, local producers are also provided guidance on operating more sustainably.
This bi-monthly outdoor experience will be held at The Sustainability City Plaza on Saturday November 3, and will feature a variety of fun family activates like live music, live illustrations, and children’s activities.
