Nobel Museum Exhibition 2016 receives top dignitaries and government officials

Dubai - MENA Herald: Nobel Museum Exhibition 2016, organised by Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation – a member of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives – received high profile visitors, including top dignitaries, officials and ministers, as the event continued its successful journey in Dubai for the second consecutive year.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum was welcomed by His Excellency Jamal bin Huwaireb, Managing Director of MBRF, during his visit to the exhibition. On the occasion, Sheikh Mohammed bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum commended the role Nobel Museum Exhibition in the dissemination of knowledge in the community, and its efforts to stimulate innovation and creativity among the youth. Sheikh Mohammed bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum also praised MBRF for its leading contributions in the knowledge arena and its creative initiatives for the development of the society.

HE Jamal bin Huwaireb also received Sheikh Rashid bin Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, HE Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of Climate Change and Environment, HE Humaid Mohammed Obaid Al Qatami, Chairman and Director General of the Dubai Health Authority, HE Liborio Stellino, Italian Ambassador to the UAE, and Engineer Essa Al Haj Al Maidoor, Director-General of Dubai Health Authority, and briefed them about the activities of the Nobel Museum Exhibition. The dignitaries expressed keen interest in the various sections of the exhibition and commended its innovative and interactive style.

HE Hussain bin Ibrahim Al Hammadi, Minister of Education, also visited the exhibition, accompanied by HE Marwan Al Sawaleh, Undersecretary for Academic Affairs. During his visit, HE Al Hammadi lauded the Nobel Museum Exhibition’s innovative approach to explain medical science in a fun-filled and interesting manner. The minister said the pioneering effort of the exhibition will contribute to taking science and knowledge concepts to young people and all segments of the society, motivating them to adopt innovation and creative thinking.

HE Hammadi added that the Nobel Museum Exhibition is aligned to the vision of the wise leadership to make the UAE an incubator of knowledge and scientific resources and keep pace with the latest technological developments and innovation at the global level.

HE Hammadi praised the efforts of MBRF in the efficient organization of the Nobel Museum Exhibition, and for contributing to the dissemination of science and knowledge. He pointed out that the exhibition offers a valuable learning opportunity for school and college students and those interested in the medical field.

HE Jamal bin Huwaireb appreciated the visits of the dignitaries stating that they would help draw the interest of more visitors to the Nobel Museum Exhibition. He said the visits supported the knowledge initiatives in the country and reflected the official interest and cooperation on unique activities that confirm the UAE’s leading position in the field of dissemination and transfer of knowledge.

Nobel Museum Exhibition 2016 receives visitors every day from 9 AM to 8 PM, except on Fridays when it opens from 3 PM to 9 PM.
