Mohammed Mahfoodh AlArdhi Unveils Arabs Unseen, a Book Profiling Bright Minds from the Arab Region

Muscat - MENA Herald: Mohammed Mahfoodh AlArdhi, Executive Chairman of Investcorp and Chairman of National Bank of Oman, has launched Arabs Unseen, a book honoring individuals that have contributed to Arab society through their exemplary body of work. The book has been published in partnership with Bloomsbury and is available for purchase on Amazon.com.

Through his writings, Mr. AlArdhi aims to inform readers about the talent and diversity that the Arab region abounds with. The profiled personalities have been handpicked by the author based on the relevance of their journeys. The book also expresses his gesture of according them their long due recognition.

Commenting on the focus of his book, Mr. AlArdhi said, “Arabs Unseen conveys a simple and optimistic message that the right combination of talent, drive and perseverance can enable any individual to rise to impressive heights and make valuable contributions to their field and to society as a whole.”

Individuals profiled in Arabs Unseen include Mohammed Saeed Harib, Raghda El-Ebrashi, Lotfi Maktouf, Sarah Hermez, Mutassem Al-Sharji, Tariq Al-Barwani, Safiya Al-Bahlani, Sultan Batterjee, Joumana Al Jabri and Ramzi Jaber, in addition to the late Soraya Salti.

In addition to Arabs Unseen, Mr. AlArdhi has authored Arabs Down Under and Pearls from Arabia. Arabs Down Under is a novel about an Arab journalist who takes his family on vacation to New Zealand, explores the cultural chasm between Arab and the Western worlds, while Pearls from Arabia is a collection of sayings from Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) that guide and inspire the reader towards a life of simplicity and virtue.
