du delights its smallest fans by taking them to the premier of Kung Fu Panda 3

Dubai - MENA Herald: du delighted children from the Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation (AMAF) in Dubai by taking them to the movie premier of Kung Fu Panda 3 at VOX Cinemas in Mall of the Emirates. Regularly engaging fans through its du Tuesday and du Live! platforms, the leading entertainment telco gives children the opportunity to enjoy a complete movie experience of one of their favourite animations. The children were accompanied by care providers and parents from AMAF, as well as volunteers from du, who wanted to be a part of the exciting experience.
Kung Fu Panda is an American-Chinese action comedy martial arts film that inspires children to turn dreams into realities. Apart from enjoying the comedy animation, du surprised the children by bringing the real character of Po, the Panda to interact with them post event as a special treat.
“We partner with a variety of youth centric organisations in the UAE with the aim of adding life-to-life and in this case, by supporting these children who have lost one or both parents. We have long recognised the power of imagination for the young child, which is why we feel that movies are an excellent way to inspire and add happiness and laughter to their lives. Together with AMAF, we are able to inspire these children with the powerful message that if you believe in yourself, anything is possible,” said Hala Badri, Executive Vice President, Brand and Communication, du.

To date, du has taken children with varying social backgrounds to a variety of experiences, including the Frozen concert and the Beauty and the Beast at the du Forum, as well as the premiere of Penguins of Madagascar at the Mall of the Emirates.
