Among a competitive field of industry leaders, Tanfeeth won in the categories of: 1) Employer 2) Employee Engagement 3) Strategy, Change and Transformation 4) Inspirational Emirati Leader for Chief Executive Officer, Suhail Bin Tarraf and 5) Inspirational Female Leader for Chief People Officer, Hessa Al Ghurair.
Tanfeeth was singled out as an employer, by a judging panel comprised of business experts and regional leaders, for its innovative people practices, strategic and transformational capabilities, inspirational leadership style and industry standing.
