Emirates International Property Services Signs MoU with Energy Management Services

Abu Dhabi - MENA Herald: Emirates International Property Services (EIPS), the facilities management arm of Bloom Community Services, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Energy Management Services (EMS), the first and leading company in the Middle East to provide energy management solutions.

Under the MoU, EIPS will provide EMS with contracts for the implementation of energy value engineering and energy performance solutions across Bloom’s portfolio of current and upcoming real estate projects. The service will also be extended to external customers of EIPS. The synergy with EMS will eventually enable EIPS to provide energy-saving benefits to end-users and help reduce their overall operating costs.

The MoU was signed by Mohamad Abou Laban, General Manager, EIPS, and Khaled Bushnaq, CEO, EMS, at Sowwah Square, in the presence of senior officials from both organizations.

Mohamad Abou Laban said: "Through this arrangement, we aim to enhance our service offering to our valued customers. At EIPS, we explore new ideas on a continued basis to help our clients reduce their operating costs and improve the quality of services delivered to them. We believe that this agreement with EMS will complement our existing facilities management service offering to our customers and ultimately benefit the community as a whole with the energy-saving impact it will offer.”

Khaled Bushnaq added: “We are delighted to work with   EIPS in line with our mission to deliver and manage sophisticated energy, water and environmental solutions. Energy savings solutions will provide a material impact in meeting tenants’ requirements for comfort and ensure optimum energy use.
