Abu Dhabi to Hold Inaugural Edition of Abu Dhabi Hardware Show at ADNEC in October 2016

Abu Dhabi - MENA Herald: Dome Exhibitions and Euroexpo have announced that Abu Dhabi’s first specialized tools and hardware exhibition dedicated to vendors, suppliers and manufacturers will kick off in the emirate in October 2016. The definitive event is expected to meet the dynamic needs of the UAE’s thriving industrial sector for cutting-edge innovation and best-in-class products and services.
The Abu Dhabi Hardware Show is set to run at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) from October 3 - 5, 2016, between 10am to 6pm. Spanning an area of 5,000 sq m, the exhibition will convene more than 6,000 visitors and industry professionals from the UAE and other GCC countries including Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain. The first-of-its-kind event will cater to a wide range of industrial needs from hardware for building, industrial hardware for plumbing and electricity, home-wares, DIY and gardening tools, safety tools, equipment and lighting installations.

Over the years, the UAE has actively diversified its economy and reinforced its industrial sector. The national has become a leading international producer of aluminium, and has consolidated its strong aviation and defense capabilities. With enabling factors such as increased government spending, upcoming construction and infrastructure projects, rising urbanization and technological developments, the hardware, tools and machinery industry in the UAE is projected to register significant growth in the short-to-medium term.

The event has already attracted the leading names in the industry including German Emirati Joint Council for Industry & Commerce (AHK), German Tool Manufactures Association (FWI), Robert Bosch, Stanley, Black & Decker, Dewalt, KNIPEX-Werk Wuppertal and Weicon that have confirmed their participation.
