KidZania’s ‘Kids for a Greener World’ offers jungle-inspired themes and tropical adventures!

Kuwait - MENA Herald: KidZania Kuwait, the exciting kid-sized metropolis, is calling out all children to join the fun at its annual ‘Kids for a Greener World’ Program, now running at KidZania until May 7, 2016, in partnership with EQUATE Petrochemical Company, The Sultan Center, Coco Pops and Grand Cinemas.
This year, the program adopts an exciting jungle theme where kids are inspired to learn about the nature of the jungle, its rich species and unusual inhabitants. Inspired by the Right to Care, one of children’s five fundamental rights guaranteed by KidZania, Kids for a Greener World focuses every year on different issues pertaining to the environment such as waste, recycling, sustainability, among others, to help children become more responsible towards Planet Earth and contribute to creating a better world.
Throughout the program, the young visitors of KidZania will get to enjoy in a series of thrilling, fun adventures such as finding their way out of a gigantic Jungle Maze, collecting the clues in a roaring Treasure Hunt, in addition to partaking in a wide-range of educational workshops around the city.
Commenting on the launch, Fernando Medroa, Vice President of Leisure and Entertainment at M.H. Alshaya, said: “KidZania is all about working together for a better world; we care about our planet and how our actions may affect it. That being said, this year’s “Kids for a Greener World” will intrigue children’s curiosity by giving them a first-hand experience to the exciting nature of tropical environments, and how they can help preserve those environments and their species for many generations to come.”
During the program, visitors of the city will also be able to enjoy the green-inspired decorations displayed around KidZania while watching daily fun shows and streetmospheres around the city featuring different jungle-inspired animals.
