Zain launches exclusive Amazon Prime Video offer for first time in Kuwait

Zain, the leading digital service provider in Kuwait, announced the launch of an exclusive Amazon Prime Video offer for the first time in Kuwait. Through the exclusive offer starting on December 13, Zain will provide its customers with award-winning and popular movies and TV shows on its most advanced network, including Prime Originals and TV series like the whirlwind motoring antics of Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May in the The Grand Tour; the thrilling gangster saga set in India, Mirzapur; highly-acclaimed actress Julia Roberts’ TV debut in the all new Homecoming; and the Emmy and Golden Globe-winning series, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.  

Through the new exclusive offer, Zain provides its customers in Kuwait with the opportunity to easily enjoy Prime Video’s award-winning and popular movies and TV shows, including Prime Originals. Postpaid and prepaid Zain customers can easily subscribe to Prime Video without the need of using a credit card or additional payment methods. The exclusive offer includes two months of Prime Video, courtesy of Zain, after which customers can enjoy the service for up to KD 2 per month.  

Zain Kuwait’s Chief Commercial Officer Meshal Mohammed said: “today we jointly announce the launch of an exclusive offer featuring Amazon Prime Video for the first time in Kuwait. This launch is a continuation of the distribution agreement we signed with Amazon last October during our participation at the 38th edition of The Gulf Information Technology Exhibition (GITEX Technology Week 2018) in Dubai”.
