Shapoorji Pallonji Appoints Cyrus Engineer as Managing Director in the Gulf

Dubai - MENA Herald: Leading Indian Engineering and Construction group Shapoorji Pallonji today announced the appointment of Cyrus Engineer as Managing Director at Shapoorji Pallonji International Property Developers (SPIPD) to lead the company’s overall real estate business operations in the region, a move that was made to support the company’s continued growth and expansion. He will also be responsible to oversee the development of Shapoorji Pallonji’s ongoing projects including its flagship project, Imperial Avenue, as well as steer the company’s vision.
With over 22 years of senior management experience, Cyrus brings a wealth of industry experience to his new role including realizing and achieving company vision, personally building, supervising and motivating teams, delivering and achieving revenue and profit targets, strategic planning and delivering sales and marketing objectives while enhancing the customer experience. His knowledge will further support Shapoorji Pallonji International Property Developers (SPIPD) plans to become a market leader internationally.
In his previous role, Cyrus was the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Shapoorji Pallonji in India, where he also served as part of the Executive Committee and was in-charge of sales and leasing, marketing, customer relationship management and new product development for projects in India.
