Opening of INFINITI Customer Happiness Centre
Dubai - MENA Herald:

The Commercial Compliance & Consumer Protection (CCCP) sector in Dubai Economy along with Arabian Automobiles, the flagship company of the AW Rostamani Group and the exclusive dealer for INFINTI in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, yesterday launched INFINITI’s ‘Customer Happiness Centre’ in the presence of senior officials from both sides.

The launch is part of a wider CCCP endeavour to strengthen Dubai’s retail competitiveness by establishing customer happiness centres within major hypermarkets, car showrooms and department stores across the city. Mohammed Ali Rashed Lootah, CEO of CCCP, and Marcos Quadros, Group CFO of AW Rostamani, attended the launch ceremony. The launch reflects Al Arabiya Motors' drive to enhance the overall experience of Infiniti's customer service centers.

Mohammed Ali Rashed Lootah commented: "The Customer Happiness Centres are aimed to promote cordial relations between merchants and their customers as well as to enhance the reputation of Dubai as business hub and gateway to the Middle East and the world. The Centre will provide shoppers visiting Dubai from all over the world with a competitive platform to raise their complaints and have them resolved before escalating them to CCCP, thus enhancing the overall customer experience in the emirate.”

Michel Ayat, CEO of Arabian Automobiles, commented: “We are a natural partner for this initiative, not only because we are one of the UAE’s leading car dealerships, but also because we are constantly recognised for the high priority that we place on providing incomparable customer service across our outlets. Arabian Automobiles is aligned with the vision of making Dubai one of the world’s most viable and attractive shopping destinations; we thrive on customer feedback and this initiative provides us with an ideal opportunity to strengthen our customer relations.”

INFINITI’s Customer Happiness Centre will serve as a dedicated point where customers can easily seek information and advice from the company’s highly trained and multi-lingual staff. The happiness centre also follows a clear set of guidelines provided by Dubai Economy to ensure best practice and maximum transparency, said Ayat.
