Dubai - MENA Herald:

Motorists in Dubai can now breathe a sigh of relief following the launch of ServiceMyCar.ae, the region’s first online car servicing and repair platform that enables vehicle owners to remotely book their cars for service and repairs.

ServiceMyCar.ae eliminates the need for car owners to physically take their vehicles to the garage or even worse, postpone the service until such a time when they are free.

This, according to the ServiceMyCar.ae founder and chief executive officer, Ozair Puda, can escalate any mechanical issues and in most cases even render the car dangerous to drive.

“We are delighted to finally officially unveil ServiceMyCar.ae to the United Arab Emirates’ (UAE). ServiceMyCar.ae is the Uber of car servicing. It is a 24-hours online car care and servicing network that allows motorists to service their cars without leaving the comfort of their homes or office,” said Puda.

After going live in March 2018, ServiceMyCar.ae now boasts over 30 licensed and approved, state-of-the-art and fully-equipped service centers across the UAE.

The centers are managed by qualified personnel who offer a wide range of services ranging from general car service, minor and major repairs to tire care, vehicle recovery and car wash.

With ServiceMyCar.ae now fully operational in Dubai, vehicle owners can easily access the service via their Android or iOS-operated smartphones where they can book and pay online for any work done on their cars.

According to Puda, ServiceMyCar.ae’s main objective is to simplify the process of getting cars serviced and repaired without disrupting the owner’s busy schedule.

“We understand and appreciate that life in Dubai and in the UAE in general, is fast-paced. Everyone is busy at work. With this kind of lifestyle, it’s easy to postpone or even forget to get one’s car serviced or repaired. This can cause more damage to the vehicle and sometimes be dangerous. Luckily, people can now take advantage of this service and have their vehicles collected, serviced and delivered,” added Puda.

ServiceMyCar.ae, the winner of the Arabian Business SME of the year 2018, also plans to expand throughout the GCC by launching the service in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman and Kuwait by 2020.

According to Puda, the ServiceMyCar app works with autopro in a trial run with FastTrack, Stop and Go, German Autocare and many more. Upon registration, every customer receives a 10 percent discount promo code for every service, which also comes with a 360-degree health check and a collection & delivery service. The service is available for any vehicle make and model. Motor vehicle owners can also save up to 80 percent in service costs. Services book through the platform range from as low as AED200 for a basic car service package excluding parts.
