Dubai - MENA Herald:

Middlesex University Dubai will be exhibiting at the Gulf Education and Training Exhibition (GETEX) 2018 at stand F300. Taking place from Thursday 12 to Saturday 14 April at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (DWTC), the biannual event is the region’s oldest education led event, supported by the UAE Ministry of Education, Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) and the Knowledge Fund.

Each year, GETEX attracts over 35,000 local and expatriate students actively seeking higher education, professional development and training options. It provides prospective students and families the opportunity to explore the impressive courses on offer, allowing them to make informed decisions about their ongoing education.

Throughout the exhibition, Middlesex University Dubai’s Faculty, Students, Alumni and Admissions Team will be on hand to provide guidance on the wide range of study options available at the University, as well as giving insight into campus life and the entire student experience.

Students can receive instant university offers and those opting to enrol during GETEX will receive an Early Enrolment Grant worth AED 4,000 plus the first 50 students enrolling will receive a Special GETEX Offer.  Eligible students will also be able to find out more about our excellent scholarship programmes (where students can receive up to AED 90,000 towards their tuition fees) and 10% Postgraduate Study Grant.

As the first overseas campus of the prestigious Middlesex University in London, England, Middlesex University Dubai is one of the region’s top institutions for higher education. With a truly multicultural outlook, more than 3,000 students from over 100 different nationalities are currently enrolled on the university's International Foundation, Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes across a wide range of disciplines including Law, HR, Psychology, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Computer Engineering, IT, Graphic Design, Journalism and Media, Film and more. It is also the first and only university to offer a face to face LLB (British Qualifying Law) Degree.  With qualifications audited by the UK’s Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) for Higher Education and KHDA in Dubai, students study the same degree programmes as their counterparts in the UK.

“At Middlesex University Dubai, we believe in the incredible potential each student possesses, and help them transform it into success through guidance and quality UK education,” says Dr Cedwyn Fernandes, Director of Middlesex University Dubai. “GETEX is an important date in our calendar, as it provides us with an opportunity to meet prospective students and their families at the event. We welcome everybody to find out more about Middlesex University Dubai from our full team at the event. It is a fantastic opportunity to get a real insiders’ view of the many courses we offer and our fantastic facilities, also taking advantage of our exclusive GETEX enrolment offers and scholarships.”
