Bloom Education Appoints New Headmaster for Brighton College Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi - MENA Herald: Bloom Education, the education division of Bloom Holding, has announced the appointment of Simon Corns as the new Headmaster of Brighton College Abu Dhabi (BCAD), one of the most academically successful 3-18 British curriculum schools in the Middle East.
Corns was appointed following an extensive search from an impressive selection of candidates, for his exceptional track record at four Headmasters’ and Headmistresses’ Conference (HMC) schools in the UK.

Prior to his current appointment, Corns worked as Headmaster at Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School in Blackburn. Earlier he held the positions of Second Master (Senior Deputy Head) at St Albans School in Hertfordshire and Head of Languages at Arnold School in Blackpool. His first teaching post was at Merchant Taylors' School in Northwood. After completing his secondary education at Merchant Taylors' Boys’ School in Crosby, Corns graduated from Gonville and Caius College in Cambridge with a degree in Modern and Medieval Languages.
