Emirates Motor Company Receives Four Prestigious Industry Awards

Abu Dhabi - MENA Herald: Emirates Motor Company (EMC), the authorized distributor of Mercedes-Benz in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the flagship company of Al Fahim Group, has received four prestigious industry awards from Daimler Middle East & Levant for the organization’s outstanding performance in 2015.

The awards include ‘Best Sales Process’, ‘Best Ever Sales Result’, ‘Best Growth in AMG Sales’ and ‘Best Customer Journey’.

This recognition is an outcome of our teams’ efforts and our continued strive to deliver streamline sales processes that exceeds our customers’ expectations. The awards will motivate us to further consolidate Mercedes-Benz’s brand presence in Abu Dhabi market, while continue to deliver stronger sales growth in 2016 and beyond.”

Of the four awards, the Best Sales Process Award recognised a noteworthy improvement in the process owing to the organization’s investment in installing a new lead management system, which gave the company’s management a better method of managing the customer sales process. Through the system, managers have more control over the sales process handled by sales consultants where key performance indicators of the team are also tracked.

The Best Ever Sales Result & Best Growth in AMG Sales was awarded following EMC’s remarkable sales growth in 2015 when it witnessed an 8% increase in sales in 2015 compared to 2014. Across the entire range, the year 2015 witnessed several all-new car launches, starting with the luxurious yet affordable new generation of cars – CLA, GLA and GLK – and, all the way up to the powerful AMGs, including the stunning GLE Coupe, giving customers a wider array of elegant, high-performing Mercedes-Benz cars to choose from.

EMC also bagged the Best Customer Journey due to its continuous efforts related to the level of satisfaction a customer experiences from the moment s/he walks into the showroom to the moment full ownership of the vehicle is claimed, as well as through to the servicing of the car. EMC’s achievements in 2015 were culminated when its sales team clinched first place in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) in 2015.
