EMC customizes 100 Mercedes-Benz Sprinters for National Ambulance Company

Abu Dhabi - MENA Herald: Emirates Motor Company Daimler Commercial Vehicles (EMC), authorized Mercedes-Benz distributor in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the flagship company of Al Fahim Group, has supplied 100 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans converted into ambulances to the National Ambulance Company and delivered them at the Arab Health Expo on 27 January 2016.

At the handover, General Manager of EMC Daimler Commercial Vehicles Bilal Al Ribi, commented, “We are proud to have joined forces once again with the National Ambulance Company in Abu Dhabi to fully equip 100 vans with the latest advancements in technology ensuring the fastest and best care is provided to victims of an emergency. The National Ambulance Company is the leading national provider of emergency pre-hospital care in the United Arab Emirates. Mr. Robert Ball, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of National Ambulance, stated, "The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is our top choice for the safety features and other technological advancements the van features. Moreover, EMC has demonstrated commitment to supporting our pre-hospital care services and we have been happy with their contribution to the National Ambulance fleet and service maintenance, which is imperative to us."
